Project 351 is a youth-powered social change movement & incubator for the Commonwealth’s next generation of civic leaders.

We are led by 8th grade changemakers and Alumni mentors representing the Commonwealth’s 351 cities and towns. A generation that leads with love and serves with compassion. Who embrace the responsibility to confront injustice and build bridges across growing divides. Who stand up for our most vulnerable and step up for the causes they believe in.

We amplify youth voice — their vision and values, activism and advocacy — at a challenging time for their generation (Spring 2026 Harvard Youth Poll):

• Just 26% of young Americans feel hopeful about the future of America — down from 55% in 2021;

• Half (50%) feel politically powerless, with no voice or representation in government;

• And, only 13% of youth believe the country is on the right track.

For those disconnected, disempowered, and discouraged, Project 351 offers a proven model for youth-led social change. A five-year Leadership Continuum that builds the courage and capabilities to lead; and demonstrates the transformative impact of a Commonwealth united in common cause.
