Class of 2026 Resource Hub

Project 351 is a youth-led movement for change powered by a unified team of 8th-grade Ambassadors representing Massachusetts' 351 cities and towns. Over a one-year term, Ambassadors develop the courage, knowledge, and skills to make a positive difference in their hometown and our world. The result is awe-inspiring! Since 2011, 5,586 Ambassadors have positively impacted more than 1.5 million neighbors through Project 351 service.

Your educators selected you to represent your hometown because of the special qualities that make you -- you! They’re inspired by your kindness and compassion as a volunteer, classmate, and friend. They recognize the quiet and thoughtful ways you make a difference, bring joy to others, and stand up for what you believe. We join them in celebrating you and extend the warmest welcome to Project 351!

Ambassador Onboarding Checklist

1. Be on the lookout for a welcome email from Project 351! Please add info@project351.org to your email contacts to ensure you receive our communications. (School district privacy settings often block our emails so we recommend using a personal email account through Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)

2. Save the Date — Monday, January 12th at 6:00 pm — for your next community call as Ambassador! We’ll send a reminder & Zoom link for your Launch Day Countdown Call in advance. (A call recording will be shared via email for those unable to attend.)

3. Confirm your participation as an Ambassador! Complete the Ambassador Registration & Family Permission Form here by Monday, December 15th.

4. Subscribe to the Ambassador Calendar for easy access to key dates & Zoom links throughout the year.

5. Follow Project 351 on social media @project351 for inspiration, updates, and community building!

6. Get excited to kick off your Ambassador year on Launch Day on Saturday, January 17, 2026!
