My six-word memoir:

Changing the world through community service!

Project 351 is:

Hope. Hope for a better community, hope to end hunger, hope to end violence. Before I was an Ambassador, I always felt like I couldn’t do anything to make the world a better place. But, Project 351 has taught me that teenagers matter and our voices matter. Here, we feel valued and truly heard. We can be ourselves without being judged. Project 351 gives me hope that tomorrow can be a better day and hope that I can change the world.

My motivation for service:

The thought of a smile on a child's face when they receive a new pair of shoes or a new backpack is quite moving. It makes me feel the service we do is important and amazing. I serve to build a better world, where everyone has basic life necessities and an education, violence does not exist, and everyone is treated and valued equally.

How has Project 351 inspired your aspirations?

Project 351’s belief in me inspired my dream to open an orphanage in India. I want to help ensure every child has basic necessities such as food, water, and shelter. In the future, I see myself as a social worker helping others realize their potential.

Serving as Ambassador changed the way I think about myself and the world.
