My six-word memoir:

Don’t be afraid to be unique. 

Project 351 is:

A generation that’s going to rewrite history. Often, the ideas of young people are overlooked because we’re “too young” or “we don’t know what we’re talking about.” Not at Project 351. Believe me, when Ambassadors and Alumni unite behind an idea, we’re a powerful force! This is a community of future leaders for our Commonwealth and country who are ready and able to lead positive change.

A leadership lesson I have learned:

The confidence to be me. Project 351 encouraged me to come out of my comfort zone and taught me the importance of confidence. Both of these lessons will help me pursue my dream of becoming an elected leader in my community.

Movement Makers that inspire me:

I am motivated by the people that drive Project 351’s mission: our Ambassadors. It is amazing to see their transformation from nervous, anxious eighth graders on Launch Day to confident, selfless leaders at the end of the year. That’s the magic at Project 351: it is where students transform into Movement Makers and the leaders they want to be.
